Since 2017, at least half of studio projects have been based in the United States, the Middle East or Asia; and the majority of these have been in Manhattan, Long Island or upstate New York: a combination of residential and commercial projects which have varied in scale from 800 to 40,000 square feet.
No matter where the studio’s projects are located, all its work relies on a high level of engagement with the client and those attending site. To this end, the London-based design team delivers weekly presentations to all clients – usually via a short video call – and holds weekly meetings with the satellite design team, site foreman, project architect and all relevant subcontractors.
For projects based in New York, a member of the design team can visit site weekly, oversee developments and liaise with all relevant parties. For the sake of client privacy, many projects are not published online. Please contact the studio for more details.
